What do you like best about BambooHR?

Clear navigation and well-organised tabs make it easy to access information. I also like the detailed sections, such as the goals area, which shows percentage completion. The holiday calendar is useful as well for tracking availability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BambooHR?

It logs me off fairly quickly when I’m not actively using it. I’d prefer a longer session timeout so I can stay signed in a bit longer without having to log back in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BambooHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Goal completion notification dates are nudged via email, which helps me stay on top of deadlines. Performance analysis is also tracked, making it easier to follow role progress over time. It’s also a good source for checking my holiday balance, with helpful reminders to take holidays before year-end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
