What do you dislike about BambooHR?

So far, I honestly don't dislike anything, coming from a different software, I like this one better because it's easier to navigate and I like the design. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BambooHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

BambooHR makes asking for my time off so much easier. Also, whenever I wanted to find my earnings or information about my pay in the other software, I had to look around a few times prior to remembering where the heck I had to click on to see what I needed.
