I use BambooHR to request time off like annual leave and work from abroad. It's easy to use and straightforward, and I really like the booking system. It's very easy to use, and I can see at a glance who is in the office on a particular day. Booking holidays is easy, and it was very easy and straightforward to set up. Displayed annual leave should not include approved annual leave, it's confusing. For example, the display shows 14 days annual leave remaining, and underneath that it says 12 days approved.
