I find BambooHR really simple to use and update for all users. I'm quite familiar with it, having implemented it for a number of clients and coached internal admin teams to manage it, and it's just super simple. It constantly gets updated with new features, so it improves year on year. With AI features, integrating with other software is very useful. Being based in Australia, BambooHR doesn't really have a good integration with payroll, making me keep HR and payroll quite separate. I wish it had a payroll integration that was super efficient and effective without impacting other features of BambooHR. Also, I've done integration with MYOB, but it wasn't super intuitive. Lastly, for a new client, it's cost prohibitive because it's capped at 25 employees, and they only have 15. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
