What do you like best about Bambi?

Is how it brings trip management, dispatching, driver coordination, and broker connectivity together in one reliable platform. It is user-friendly, efficient, and designed specifically for the needs of transportation providers. The Bambi team is also responsive whenever we need assistance with authentication, API integrations, or connecting with a broker. Having worked in passenger transportation since 2016, I can confidently say that Bambi is the best transportation management system I have used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bambi?

There is very little that I dislike about Bambi. Occasionally, updated trip information may take a moment to appear and require refreshing the platform. I would also welcome additional reporting and customization options as Bambi continues to grow. These are minor areas for improvement and have not affected our overall positive experience. What problems is Bambi solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bambi solves several important operational challenges by bringing trip assignments, scheduling, dispatching, driver coordination, trip status, and broker connections into one centralized platform. This reduces manual work, prevents information from becoming scattered across different systems, and gives our team better visibility into daily operations. It helps us respond faster to changes, communicate more effectively with drivers, and manage trips more efficiently. Bambi has also supported our growth by making broker integrations and API connections easier, allowing us to focus more time on providing safe, reliable transportation and expanding our business.
