I like using BadgeCert because it's a lightweight product that's easy to use and provides the scalability and traceability we need for managing badges. I also really appreciate that BadgeCert shares best practices from their deep knowledge of the digital certificate industry, which helps us use digital badging confidently in a way that'll be well-received by our customers and the wider ecosystem. Another great point is that the initial setup was very easy and painless, which was a key part of the value they bring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think there's still a learning curve for using the software, but it's quite reasonable. Once you learn it, you never forget it. I would like to see a little bit more guidance on how to create an individual badge for an individual user without having to do bulk uploads, but that's a relatively small issue.
