"Flexible, Responsive Support That Keeps Our Team Focused"

What do you like best about Backoffice Pro?

The flexibility is probably the best part. It is nice to have a resource that I can tap into when we have a spike in work without having to go through the whole hiring process. We have used them for a few different things now, from data migration projects to just basic administrative support. They are pretty easy to work with and they seem to genuinely try to get it right. I like that they handle the stuff that is important but not necessarily strategic. It allows me to keep my team focused on the things that actually move the needle for our business rather than getting bogged down in data entry. The team is responsive and they communicate well which is huge when you are working with an offshore partner. We have had some bad experiences in the past with other vendors where communication was a struggle, but that has not been the case here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Backoffice Pro?

I think the main thing is that they are not a magic bullet. You still have to manage them and keep an eye on the quality of the work. Sometimes the output can be a little inconsistent if you have different people working on your account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Backoffice Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem is just capacity. We are a growing company and our operational needs are constantly expanding. We needed a way to handle the increasing volume of data and administrative work without constantly adding headcount. They have helped us with data clean up, lead enrichment, and just general maintenance of our CRM. The benefit is that we have been able to scale our operations without scaling our costs at the same rate. It has made our team more efficient and it has allowed us to keep our focus on the strategic initiatives that are driving our growth.
