What do you like best about BackgroundChecks.com?

Speed and ease of use are what stand out most. Reports come back fast, often the same day, and the platform itself is simple to navigate, both for us on the HR side and for applicants completing their portion. It's also surprisingly thorough for the price. We've had candidates with residences across a dozen or more counties, and every one showed up accurately in the report. What problems is BackgroundChecks.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a reliable way to vet managers before they take on roles with access to cash, banking details, and other sensitive company information, especially since we're hiring across multiple locations in three different states. Before this vendor, we cycled through a few others that were either slower, less thorough, or more expensive, which slowed down our hiring timelines and made it harder to trust the results.
