We needed a reliable way to vet managers before they take on roles with access to cash, banking details, and other sensitive company information, especially since we're hiring across multiple locations in three different states. Before this vendor, we cycled through a few others that were either slower, less thorough, or more expensive, which slowed down our hiring timelines and made it harder to trust the results. BackgroundChecks.com solves that by giving us fast, accurate reports we can count on, even for candidates with long or complicated residence histories. That means we can move faster on hiring decisions with confidence, protect the business from unnecessary risk, and keep the process affordable even as we scale across our locations.
