being able to customize each report and to order additional checks without being charged an "initial fee". The UI is fairly easy to navigate; the hardest part is finding how to order additional reports. I have not integrated with any other software, so I do not know its abilities. The performance is pretty good. I don't have very many issues using the software on my phone or CPU. The AI text is a little off, but who's isn't?? All in all, the AI chatbot got me the information I needed, and the support staff was amazing; they responded promptly and provided a solution and a refund immediately without needing to escalate the concern.
