This feature helps guard against configuration drift, keeping our systems resilient and securing the confidential client data we hold. Furthermore, the clear reporting is a significant advantage, as it turns dense technical results into something understandable that I can present to our leadership, aiding in making a persuasive case for necessary improvements. The absence of a dedicated mobile application makes reviewing results less convenient when I am away from my desk. Broader coverage of the more obscure devices we run would be welcome, and reports tailored to different internal stakeholders could be more efficient. A built-in mobile app for reviewing results and alerts away from my desk, broader out-of-the-box support for less common and legacy devices, and a more flexible report builder with reusable templates and role-based views would each make the platform stronger for internal use.
