Azure Boards is excellent if you’re working with tools within the Azure ecosystem like Azure, .NET, etc. For other cases, feel free to go for JIRA. Talking about Boards, it is designed for Agile teams. We can track Epics, features, tasks, bugs, user stories, backlogs well. There is excellent integration with Azure Repos and Pipelines as well - something that will greatly benefit any development team.
