"Strong Azure Integration with Reliable Performance and Scalable API Security"
4/5
What do you like best about Azure API Management?

What I like best about Azure API Management is its strong integration capability, especially with Azure services and third-party systems, which makes it easy to expose and secure APIs in hybrid cloud environments. The performance and scalability are reliable for both low and high traffic workloads, with built-in caching and load handling. From a pricing/ROI perspective, the tiered model is flexible and cost-effective for different stages of deployment. The support and onboarding experience is smooth with good documentation and Azure ecosystem guidance. Additionally, the growing AI and intelligence features (like analytics and monitoring insights) help in better API usage tracking and optimization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Azure API Management?

What I dislike about Azure API Management is that it can feel complex to set up and manage initially, especially for first-time users dealing with multiple policies and networking configurations. Pricing can become expensive in higher tiers or with heavy traffic workloads. The UI/portal experience is sometimes slow for large API deployments Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
