What do you like best about Azure AI Bot Service?

It being used among my internal development team to build and roll out intelligent bots that can operate across a range of platforms including web browsers, mobile devices in accordance with the client's requirements. It has a wide range of features, such as modular SDK, a bot emulator and a number of pre-trained AI models, that assist my team in creating bots. It is a quick and simple method for getting started with Bot Development that offers a conversational user interface for both new and existing apps and services. What do you dislike about Azure AI Bot Service?

It is a good platform for creating numerous types of bots but only supports a few programming languages. We are not able to create a bot in another language using Microsoft Bot Framework. We were not able to create a bot that perfectly satisfies our client's needs due to Directline's limited customizability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Azure AI Bot Service solving and how is that benefiting you?

It saves our significant amount of time and money by providing a number of pre-built components and services that help us to quickly deploy the created bot. We developed a bot for one of our clients who communicates via phone and email and thus receives a large number of calls and mail. By offering round-the-clock assistance and cutting down wait time, the created bot enhances the client's customer services.
