The camera system takes clear video, and the GPS shows where the unit is in real time. The breadcrumb report is also great. The account manager was very pleasant to deal with and quick to respond. **What do you dislike about Azuga Fleet?** Cameras are easy to disconnect without disconnecting the GPS. There is no real time alerts that both the GPS and camera system have been disconnected/are not responding. The billing was incorrect from the get go, and it took over 8 months to get the corrections made. Even once they were made there were still discrepancies. Any issues that had to go beyond the account manager (ie. the billing issue) felt like you could not get to someone who could/would help you. **What problems is Azuga Fleet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allows us to know where our vehicles are, and when they were at specific locations. I add an oil change to one vehicle and when adding to a 2nd vehicle it says that the title has already been taken, so I have to give it a different title. That part is annoying.
