We have been using Azuga for the past 3 years. The features have been helpful in providing alerts and video footage to capture events that has help us in recognizing concerns as well as releasing us from liability in such cases. I have great support and whenever I have questions or concerns, I get a response within 24 hours and my concerns are rectified or information provided to meet my expectations! We do get some "disconnect" issues with the system on a few units but they are resolved in a reasonable amount of time or able to get replacement devices when necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
