I am can always reach out and receive help from their support team. Price point is good per vehicle. We use it daily in our fleet for each operations manager to location/route vehicles. We use it to integrate information into our own software. It performs well and has reporting we use. There are new AI features to use. The platform and reporting are easy to use and navigate. Sometimes we have issues with GPS not reading and we have to swap those units out after a point in time which can be difficult since our fleet is so far spread out and does not always come back to the main office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
