I love the detailed reports that I can run for a variety of categories. I'm also able to see live camera footage from assets and easily download past recordings. I love how user-friendly the software is. It's easy to navigate, easy to run reports, and easy to pull video clips. I access the dashboard at least three times per day and it gives me a very good summary of the trips. The hardware was easy to install. Luckily, there were good instructions that came with the cameras and by the third vehicle, it only took about 10 minutes. I only had to contact customer support one time in a year and that was for a billing issue. Luckily, the issue was resolved quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
