What do you like best about Azion?

What I like most about Azion is the genuine partnership with their technical team, who closely supported the entire WAF implementation at Arklok, from planning to fine-tuning the rules.

The team has deep product expertise and truly understands the customer's context, which sped up answers to our questions and made the configuration much more precise for our environment.

What do you dislike about Azion?

Honestly, I didn't have any significant downsides during the implementation.

The platform met our needs, and the technical support team was available whenever we reached out.

What problems is Azion solving and how is that benefiting you?

Azion solved our lack of edge visibility and protection, securing our web applications against attacks such as XSS and exploitation attempts.

With the WAF and its rule sets working in real time, we now block threats automatically before they reach our infrastructure.
