"Ayoa Makes Task Ownership and Progress Tracking Effortless"

What do you like best about AYOA?

I use Ayoa every day as a project coordinator. The reason that I like task boards so much is that it allows our group to clearly assign owners to every single task (speaker management, dissemination) and view our progress in real time without requiring follow-up. I often utilize mind maps to organize and develop new Program and Workshop ideas by organizing objectives, resources and risks visually prior to establishing a rigid schedule. Plus, timeline and planner views are helpful for fixed milestones and dates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AYOA?

Although Ayoa's interface is very easy to navigate, colleagues who are not familiar with digital project management tools, dynamic boards, or interactive mind maps may experience challenges during the adoption curve of Ayoa. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AYOA solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before adopting Ayoa, planning meetings generated many valuable ideas; however the majority of these ideas were not converted into concrete actions with assigned owners and deadlines; since we have begun centralizing planning within Ayoa, meeting agreements have turned into tasks and the status of our projects are documented centrally; and at our last institutional event, we were able to meet all of our milestones on time.
