What do you like best about Axya?

Great for cross-team visibility of our RFQs and Purchase Orders. This enabled us to standardize processes that used to be different from one buyer to another. This means it is now much easier to follow a colleague's work and to replace someone gone on holiday. I expect it will also benefit us when we hire new collaborators. The Axya team was also able to customize data synchronization with our ERP using an API to eliminate a lot of manual data entry that we used to do. This custimuzation requires a lot more preparation but should pay off quickly. The PO module sends purchase orders that we first generated in our ERP and follows up with vendors automatically, saving time for the buyers to address other tasks. Overall the software is easy to use for most people and we only needed one or two hours of training to get our team started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Axya?

This software company is still young, so the product has not yet reached its full maturity. There can be minor bugs, although the team is very responsive to fix them. Also, the system implementation success depends on vendor adoption and when we started, a bit of education or convincing was needed. We had one or two minor vendors that were not keen on cooperating with the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Axya solving and how is that benefiting you?

Visibility: being able to track RFQs for all our projects from the team.

Efficiency: this is faster than the old excel spreadsheets and zip file attachments.

Team work: we can easily share RFQs or POs with collaborators and they are able to answer questions directly in the platform (technical questions answered by an engineer for example). When you have many people incolved, following emails like before could be hard for remaining organized.

Automation: we could not follow up all of our orders, so having the ''robot'' do this job helps us free a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
