This platform truly does offer limitless potential. I'm able to segment the analytics in many ways and zero in on specific areas that may need some additional support. As a trainer, Nudge has been a go-to tool for me to add faces to names, connect with the sales associates and managers, and truly be strategic with where and how I spread my time. The team has already taken many steps forward in increasing the work flow efficiencies. The calendar is a big help. The ability to set templates is already in the works, so I'm excited to see what the team has come up with. More ways for employees to interact with one another would be great.
