We started using this program this year. At first it looks like alot to learn but with the amazing training they provided, we've been more efficient and quicker, plus we can have all of are required paperwork in one program. From dispatching to our book keeping/accounting needs.

If we have any questions or need help they have great tools on the program and great customer service if you need help from someone. We love the fact we can use the program anywhere since it's accessed online not downloaded.

When we switched they helped move all our information over to this program so when we started using it, most of our information was already there.

We use this program everyday from the office to drivers and have really enjoyed using this program.

The company helped us integrate to this program from a different dispatch program, and we took a few weeks to switch over and get it all figured out. Now I wouldn't want to go back to the old program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The one thing we have had a few negative remarks on is the app. The drivers don't really like it and some of the features need to be adjusted. Our owner ops would like if the loads they do would stay on the app so they could look back on loads if they needed to, not disappear when the office invoices them.
