What do you like best about Axomo Swag Management Platform?

We have been using Axomo for several years and have had a great experience with the platform. One of the things I appreciate most is how easy and efficient it is to manage everything on the backend. Adding new items, adjusting existing items, sending gift cards and credits, and making updates is quick and simple, which saves our team a lot of time.

The pricing is also very competitive and affordable, especially considering the flexibility and functionality the platform provides. We also love that Axomo can integrate with other platforms we use, helping create a more seamless and user-friendly experience for our team members.

The customer service is another huge plus. Our representative, Christa, is fantastic! She is always responsive, willing to answer questions, and happy to help brainstorm ideas for current or new items. She truly makes us feel supported.

Overall, Axomo is easy to use for both administrators and employees, and it has been a great tool for our internal staff engagement. What do you dislike about Axomo Swag Management Platform?

There honestly isn’t much I dislike about Axomo. If I had to mention a couple of areas for improvement, occasionally response times from customer support can be a little slow. I also wish some items were available to order in smaller quantities rather than requiring bulk orders, as that would give us a little more flexibility when managing our inventory. While it isn’t necessarily solving a specific problem, Axomo has helped us create more engagement and connection among our team, especially since we are 100% virtual. It gives us an easy way to recognize and reward employees, celebrate milestones, and provide fun opportunities for our team members to feel connected and appreciated. Having a simple platform to manage these initiatives has made it easier for us to create a stronger team culture and bring a little more fun and interaction into our virtual workplace.
