What I really like is that actually AXL connects the whole business instead of just putting a lot of features under one login.
As someone who runs an online education business for 8 years now, I’ve used the typical stack of separate tools (landing pages, CRM, email, courses, webinars, payments and automation, and what’s not…) The painful part was never having the tools, but keeping all of them connected and making sure the same customer data followed the person through the entire journey (until it cracks and then you repair and again and again 🙈🤯…)
then with AXL you get it simply: customer, payment, course access, communication and follow-up live in the same system. That makes a surprisingly big difference when you’re running real campaigns and not just building a website, lol
I also really like the AI approach (though for someone it could be crazy tough). It’s not just “AI that writes you a marketing email.” Through MCP AI can actually work with the business infrastructure and create or change real objects in the account, that’s what I/we do in our practice. That feels much closer to where software is going than simply adding an AI chatbot to an existing platform.
For me the biggest value is probably less tool-switching and less manual work between systems. I can think about the business workflow I want, rather than thinking first about which one-hundred-different tools I need to make it happen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform is powerful, but there’s a learning curve (so to say). With so many things in one place, it obviously takes some time to figure out the best way to set everything up. I’d also love to see more ready-to-use templates and workflows for online education businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
