What do you like best about AxisCare Home Care Software?

I like being able to schedule for a client and still drill down into the number of clients assigned, including exactly who they are, by direct support worker. As a staff member, it’s very helpful to quickly see whether you’re overcommitted as a DSW. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AxisCare Home Care Software?

I don't care for the messaging system. It lacks in the versatility I need to communicate with workers, especially clients. We have no communication with clients thru Axis Care. The chatting is alright with a dsw, but the formal messaging lacks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AxisCare Home Care Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

Axis Care solves a few of my tasks as far as a staffer/scheduler. I also function as HR for my location, and it handles my needs well as a whole. I personally would like to see a few more reports that could be designed for my needs that would give me more information that interests me as a tool in my staffing position.
