I'm not sure if this review will target everyone using AWS Code Star as I am a nontechnical user. I dabble in coding for my product team but it's not my main priority role or what I spend most of my day on. Disclaimer aside, I've enjoyed using AWS Code Star. My team and I have found the templates pretty intuitive and straightforward. My Dev Ops colleagues have been loving it even more than I have! The process from starting a project at log in to choosing a template is fairly straightforward and relatively intuitive. We've also enjoyed the dashboard as a way to track our progress of our applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
To be totally honest, since I'm not as much of a main user of the platform I have a hard time navigating the code. Whether that's a flaw of AWS Code Star or myself is a good question lol. It has taken us quite a bit of time for our applications to get up and running, which is frustrating when we're looking to make quick decisions and fast projects.
