What do you like best about AWS CodeStar?

I'm not sure if this review will target everyone using AWS Code Star as I am a nontechnical user. I dabble in coding for my product team but it's not my main priority role or what I spend most of my day on. Disclaimer aside, I've enjoyed using AWS Code Star. My team and I have found the templates pretty intuitive and straightforward. My Dev Ops colleagues have been loving it even more than I have! The process from starting a project at log in to choosing a template is fairly straightforward and relatively intuitive. We've also enjoyed the dashboard as a way to track our progress of our applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AWS CodeStar?

To be totally honest, since I'm not as much of a main user of the platform I have a hard time navigating the code. Whether that's a flaw of AWS Code Star or myself is a good question lol. It has taken us quite a bit of time for our applications to get up and running, which is frustrating when we're looking to make quick decisions and fast projects. What problems is AWS CodeStar solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using AWS Code Star primarily for Dev Ops purposes. As a manager, I dabble in reviewing these though I am not necessarily a main user of A W S Code Star. A major benefit we've realized is being able to deploy the app anywhere we want, though being locked in to using AWS for everything could be a potential downside.
