What do you like best about Awin?

The platform itself I super clear and user friendly, very easy to find the insights we are looking for and the suggested partners buy KPI is great! Setting up CPAs, inviting new publishers and drilling down into key metrics is all very straightforward and any issues are flagged on the dashboard making them easy to rectify. What do you dislike about Awin?

It has some limitations to reporting compared to other networks, top line key info is covered but things like geo-reporting are limited. In order to find insights on code performance you have to download the data to assess and there is no internal reporting on different CPA rates so again this has to be assessed off-network. "Seamless Onboarding and Intuitive Affiliate Tracking with Awin"

What do you like best about Awin?

Awin offers a very transparent and reliable affiliate tracking platform. The interface is intuitive and their reporting tools make it easy to monitor performance. We have launched one of retail merchant with them for Mexico region. The onboarding process was smooth and their support team is quick to respond. Awin helps us connect with the right affiliates in the Mexico region, where it was initially challenging to find quality traffic sources. We launched one of our retail merchants specializing in novelty gift items through Awin Accelerate account which allowed us to launch with low risk and manageable costs of just 3.5% of every sale tracked. "Powerful Affiliate Platform with Great Features and Support"

What do you like best about Awin?

We upgraded to Awin in August 2024, from ShareASale, and I've been using Awin daily ever since. At first, it was a bit difficult to get used to the new interface, but we benefited from excellent support, and the instructions provided within the interface and in the support documentation were fairly easy to follow. We had no issue implementing the new program terms and commissions, uploading creatives, and migrating affiliates.

Our store is based on Shopify, and we use both the Awin app and the master tag for tracking. I love how the latter facilitates technical integrations with some affiliates, removing the need for additional development work.

Some of our favorite features are:

*** Soft Cookie policy applied automatically to most coupon and cashback browser extensions

*** Publisher Performance Stats, allowing us to assess whether an affiliate is worth working with / suitable for our program or not

*** Recruitment tool - AI suggestions and various filters allowing us to identify and contact publishers who target the same audience

*** Communications center - Newsletters are very easy to create and send, allowing you to easily embed images, links, and coupon information

What do you dislike about Awin?

What problems is Awin solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Awin as the affiliate network of choice for our affiliate program. It allows us to track, analyze, report, and pay for affiliate performance (impressions, clicks, sales, conversion, AOV, etc.), and has also facilitated several collaborations - we used their Publisher Discovery tool to identify and recruit new partners. We've also had cases when large and valuable publishers found our brand profile on Awin and reached out to collaborate with us. The affiliate program has been driving between 25% and 50% of the sales for our online store, and Awin makes it easy to keep in touch and optimize the collaboration with our over 100 active long-term partners, covering important aspects like onboarding, activation, optimization, contracts, payments, and creative updates. "User-Friendly Reports and Collaboration, But Needs Better Commission Tier Options"

What do you like best about Awin?

I used to use share-a-sale. The SAS platform was scary! Not user friendly at all. In AWIN, the reports are well organized and easy to read with visual graphs. What do you dislike about Awin?

One thing that I wish could be improved on AWIN is the ability to set up commission rules/groups by number of sales made. I would like to offer commission tiers to affiliates who hit $x amount of sales but can only achieve this by offering bonuses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

AWIN is helping our company gain exposure and expand our audience. "One of the good tools to start with Affiliate Marketing for Your Product"

What do you like best about Awin?

List of publishers on their platform is extensive which includes sub-networks as well, so you have higher visibility without needing to integrate codes from multiple platforms.

Apart from that, once we have it set up e.g. uploaded promotional assets, setting up automated emails to affiliates including coupons, guidelines etc. .... then you just bring in new publishers either using their network of publishers or through inviting them through your marketing campaigns.

Overall, if you're looking to start managing Affiliate Marketing for your brand, Awin would be one of the strong options you can look at. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Awin?

Their average support reply time is way high, which kind of drags things out when setting things up initially (setting up client & browser side integrations) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Awin makes it easy to manage affiliate program i.e. once we have the codes set-up properly, the exact tracking of affiliate traffic happens. So, you can start marketing your affiliate program, and start with leveraging other people's audience.

Especially matching our current strategy, which mainly focuses on price comparison publishers. "Great tool, getting better!"

What do you like best about Awin?

I like that there is a lot of transparency with Awin. They make it easy for both the brand and the affiliates to make an educated decision on whether or not the partnership is a good fit.

What do you dislike about Awin?

They system does feel a little clunky. It's not always the most intuitive. There are some things nestled in the menu that you have to hunt for.

There are also features that they do not have that would be so helpful, like being able to pay commissions on a card instead of through ACH. Sometimes I need to be able to pay quickly and having to submit an ACH payment slows down that process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
