Display advertising appears to be incompatible with our ad delivery system, Google Ad Manager. Their support was unable to fix.

Payout thresholds and timelines can be a bit rigid, especially for smaller partners or when testing new markets. Faster, more flexible payment options would be appreciated.

Awin helps us manage and scale our affiliate partnerships efficiently for our budgeting app, Emma. Before working with them, identifying and onboarding the right publishers was time-consuming and lacked structure. We had a few issues with the tracking when we were setting up due to our customer html on the website but the tech team at awin were patient and helpful.

You can’t control who applies for your program and it’s a task going through all the application and approving which one should become our affiliate.

The customer service and the transition from ShareASale (prior company they acquired) was very messy.

Awin is incentivizing our marketing affiliates to send traffic our way by tracking kickback / commission of e-commerce purchases made by that web traffic.

Finding new partners to mathc our ever changing goals couldnt be simplier, connecting is simple and allows us to achive our goals much quicker, whether thats driving more traffic or increasing CVR rate. 

Reporting is key for us for all activity & the tracking/attribution tools along with performance reporting make this super simple to monitor performace every day.

It would be good to see how much traffic/sales have come from particlaur offer we've set up on the platform. 

Alot of the partners seem to be discount focused

Awin allows us to find and partner with affliates which help drive qualified traffic to our side.

What I love most about using Awin's affiliate network is how user-friendly the entire platform is. The interface makes it a breeze to navigate, and I especially appreciate the top publisher comparison report, which provides valuable insights into performance and helps us identify opportunities for growth. Validating transactions is also incredibly straightforward, saving us time and hassle. Overall, Awin’s tools make managing our affiliate partnerships much easier and more effective, allowing us to focus on driving results.

**What do you dislike about Awin?**

While I appreciate many aspects of Awin's platform, I find the Commission Manager tool could use some improvement. It can be cumbersome to navigate when it comes to messaging affiliates directly after changing their rates, which makes communication less efficient. Additionally, having a report that clearly breaks down new versus existing customer sales across publishers would be incredibly useful. This kind of insight would allow us to better understand performance dynamics and tailor our strategies more effectively. Overall, streamlining these features would enhance the user experience and improve our ability to manage affiliate relationships.

It is easy to set up and access all the functions. AWIN has the largest publisher in Germany and helps me to reach high number of audience.

I have not noticed anything yet but AWIN has great supporting teams.

it's creating problems rather than solving them. charging me for nothing. no sales no publishers no nothing. what a terrible experience so far

Its not very useful to me other than trying to aquire campains.

i dont think its user friendly at all. I have accidently set up serveral different account when i am just trying to add a new campaign to a singular account.

I can source new campaigns with this platform but the platform its self is NOT easy to use. Also, its not reliable. It freezes a lot.

**What do you like best about Awin?**

I like how versatile Awin is and since I use it daily I'm happy with all the data and information you can pull from there. You can easily send out newsletters, upload creatives, and offers which is a big plus. You can easily pull up reports and it doesn't take long to load. Customer support gets back to you quickly too.

**What do you dislike about Awin?**

Sometimes Awin errors a lot. It also tends to logs you out way too often which is frustrating because if I'm doing something like a newsletter and have to go get and edit a creative and it takes a few minutes it'll log you out which then forces you to lose your progress. I wish there was a way to autosave newsletters.

**What problems is Awin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are no problems to solve but Awin is best for finding new publishers and expanding brands' affiliate programs.

It's the widest used affiliate partnerships programme which makes it easy for small businesses to find influencers and creators of all sizes for their programmes. Easy to implement for a small business.

The user interface can be a bit difficult to get used to but once you do it's straightforward enough.

We are able to attract influencers to promote small business products as an agency. It gives the business more credibility and influencers are more likely to agree to work with our clients as they are not yet well established, unlike AWIN which is very well known.

We use AWIN for our affiliate program. There are some great features like the ability to distinguish between new and returning customer purchases that competitors do not offer - and ability to find existing publishers and invite to program. Their customer support is usually responsive via email.

**What do you dislike about Awin?**

The main feedback from our affiliates is that it is difficult to navigate. Many processes are slow (such as setting up voucher codes) and could be improved if there was the ability to bulk create vouches and/or upload CSV files. Lots of clicks required to complete single action. I've also found that the website is down/not functioning at least once a week (will click on publisher and it will fail to load)

We use them to manage our influencers.
The migration from Shareasale was very seamless. We didn't need to do anything.

The interface is so not user-friendly. I find it so so much more difficult than Shareasale who forced us to move over.

On the whole we are very happy with Awin. We use everyday to monitor transactions, and use a third party to manage our publishers. Customer support is good, depite being slow at times. Ingregration was fairly simple (we went through GTM for a Megento store) and imagine would be even easier for other platforms.

**What do you dislike about Awin?**

We had an issue with the tracking on our website throwing up error messages, turns out it was a result of a plug in added by a publisher no longer active with us. Though we got a resolution in the end, the time it took to solve was longer than we would have liked.

Finding new customers, wchih is driving sales so we can concentrate on existing customers internally.

I use the platform daily for agency management. I like its ease of use especially top publisers insights which allows me to pull quick analysis for the brands I manage.

Commission manager tool is clunky compared wiht other affiliate platforms. The timeline section of this in particular can make simple commission changes take far longer than they should.

Publisher recruitment has been extremely helpful. Whilst I have external tools, Awin are excellent in sourcing me untapped publisher opportunities I wouldn't find elsewhere.

The platform monthly fee is quite low, and there are a lot of great affiliates in the market. It was easy to implement and hade great support when we were installing it on the website.

AWIN is the best platform for the simple features in networks, I find it simple to navigate to all areas and use it everyday. 
Our contact at AWIN is also very quick to respond when assistance is needed or asked providing great support.

**What do you dislike about Awin?**

I use publisher comparison for reports however when doing YoY, I require pre-vlidated data to compare fairly. Now this option is available in fiters (add on declined sales) however the filter does not work, when adding this into the report, the total revenue does not change or amend. This makes reporting much slower and more hassle, if this feature was fixed it wouldbe excellent.

**What problems is Awin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AWIN offers a place for us to connet and network with all affiliates, discover new and communicate with current. I use AWIN for most daily tasks including reporting, adding new offers and communications to affiliates. The platform is simple to use and great for teaching new people in the team who are new to affiliates, offering them a easy to use tool for working on the channel.

There isn't anything i dislike. So far so good.

**What problems is Awin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Awin allows us to find publishers who are ready toget started in promoting our products straight away. It saves time from having to search around for people who can promote us. A few simple clicks on the filters and all the publishers that meet my criteria are ready to invite.

Easy to use interface, and the variety of partners on the platform. I think it's great for brands and campaign who are just starting out in affiliate marketing.

**What do you dislike about Awin?**

Less functionality than other platforms, for example, commission rates. Sometimes support tickets can take a while to resolve an issue.

**What problems is Awin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's increasing our new user acquisition and brand awareness
