I moved over to AWeber in 2007, after my then current provider started having issues with delivering my emails. When you are marketing to your subscribers, and have close to a 25% bounce rate because of the provider's inability to keep their servers white-listed, it is time to action. I happened upon AWeber by chance. As part of a large marketing forum at the time, I was invited to try them out in their early days for a great deal. I have not been happier. Bounce rate is almost unnoticeable and usually a result of bad email addresses instead of bad mail servers, customer serve rocks. Seriously, I do not think I have ever had to wait more than an hour for email support and I know that I can call them in case of emergencies (which, fortunately, I have never had to do since they rock at keeping things up). I have had several conversations with support over the years and everyone has always seemed to want to go out of their way to help - a sign that the company values their customers and their corporate structure encourages it. Review Edited 11/2/26: Aweber does not keep their word. While their service is great, I haven't really used them in years. I kept my account open because, when I initially bought the service, it was a guaranteed price for UNLIMITED use. I have been paying that every year for the past (almost) 20 years. Last year, they changed me from my GUARANTEED PRICE and UNLIMITED USE to a very limited use and higher price account. I received no notice of this change and only found out when I saw my bank statement. Support basically told me if I did not like the change, I was free to leave.
