What do you like best about AwardSpring Scholarship Management?

AwardSpring has given our small organization the ability to manage our scholarship program efficiently and effectively. The platform makes the entire process seamless. From students submitting applications, to our Review Board evaluating and selecting recipients, to awarding scholarships. The AwardSpring team consistently works to improve the platform, is open to feedback, and their customer support is responsive and always ready to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AwardSpring Scholarship Management?

This is not a dislike, but an area where AwardSpring could improve for us is renewable scholarship functionality. Setting up the renewal scholarship schedule has been a challenge, and the process doesn't easily support funders reviewing the items students submit for renewal. What problems is AwardSpring Scholarship Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our scholarship applications used to be paper-based, which often resulted in incomplete applications or students applying for scholarships they weren't eligible for. With AwardSpring, we've streamlined the application process so students only see and apply for scholarships they're actually eligible for. This has led to more complete, stronger applications overall. Having the entire scholarship process on one platform has also been a major time saver, and it's allowed us to grow our scholarship program, creating more opportunities for students in the process. Our last scholarship cycle had a 65% increase in the amount of scholarships awarded over the previous cycle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
