What do you like best about Awardco?

Using Awardco has made recognizing people on the team much easier and more enjoyable. I really appreciate how quickly you can acknowledge someone for their work without going through a complicated process. The variety of reward choices is another nice part, since people can choose something that is actually useful to them. What do you dislike about Awardco?

There isn’t much that has caused me major issues, but the reward selection and redemption process could be a little smoother in some cases. At times, finding the right reward can take longer than expected, especially when there are many options to go through. I’d also like to see a bit more flexibility in how rewards are filtered and displayed. These are relatively small things, though, and they haven’t affected my overall experience much. What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of the biggest improvements for us has been having a more consistent way to recognize good work. Instead of appreciation getting lost in emails or conversations, Awardco gives us a dedicated place to recognize contributions and reward people. It saves time, makes recognition more visible, and gives employees more choice in how they use their rewards. This has helped make appreciation feel more regular and meaningful across the team.
