I really enjoy using Awardco with my workplace because it makes recognizing colleagues easy, meaningful, and motivating. The interface performs smoothly and is intuitive to navigate, with helpful visibility into who I’ve already awarded and intelligent suggestions for colleagues who may not have received recognition yet. The platform also offers strong value for the investment by encouraging engagement, appreciation, and morale while giving employees flexible ways to redeem points, including gift cards and Amazon purchases. The onboarding process was straightforward from the user side, and Awardco’s support made implementation feel seamless for the entire team. I especially appreciate how its intelligent application features make recognition more timely and personalized, while the Slack integration keeps everyone informed whenever points are awarded. Receiving points from coworkers is exciting, and the two-way exchange of recognition helps create a culture of gratitude and motivation that the whole team enjoys. Maybe just some reminders that my awarding points are gonna expire because I don't seem to get any emails from Awardco about that happening; our management does like to remind us verbally in team meetings. So maybe if Awardco could send out emails or something to remind us, that would be helpful.
