What's most helpful is the freedom of AwardCo when recognizing employees, it gives them the freedom to choose how they'd like to spend their reward. Instead of us managers going out and rewarding an employee with a gift card they have no interest in. I love that I can build contests or recognition programs and it comes straight out of my company's budget. It cuts down on expense reports I have to submit. I enjoy the employee engagement when we enable the non-monetary rewards such as peer-to-peer recognition. I'd also like to applaud their customer service!
