## Award Force Reviews
  ### 1. Streamlined management for every stage of the Awards Season

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elizabeth R. | Awards Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Award Force?**

I love how Award Force makes it extremely user-friendly for both me and the nominees. It helps me efficiently track the progress of our nominees, from considering to acceptance, streamlining the whole awards process. The platform's usability is remarkable as nominees often manage to navigate through without assistance, yet it provides excellent resources if help is needed, ensuring I can support them effectively. I appreciate the organizational capabilities of the platform, specifically how acceptance forms are categorized by 'in progress' and 'submitted' status, facilitating easy monitoring of nominee progress. Additionally, I find the download feature particularly useful, allowing me to receive files directly via email, which adds to the convenience. Even though I did not prefer the recent dashboard update, I liked that Award Force still offered the option to use the old dashboard that aligns better with my role, demonstrating its adaptable nature.

**What do you dislike about Award Force?**

I find that locating different settings in Award Force isn't always intuitive, which can be time consuming if it has been a while since you were last in a certain stage of the awards season. However, most things are easy to navigate once you find where they live.

**What problems is Award Force solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Award Force to track nominees' progress clearly, simplifying the acceptance process. It's user-friendly for both my team and nominees, offering easy access to helpful resources. I also appreciate the organized tracking of acceptance forms and the convenience of downloading files via email.

Additionally, judging has never been easier since adopting Award Force. Judges can navigate the system easily, and typically any issues on their part are easily rectified.

**Official Response from Lindsay Nash:**

> Thanks for your thoughtful review, Elizabeth! We're so glad to hear you've found the software user-friendly and helpful in streamlining your awards. We've also noted your feedback on the settings menus. We're always looking to improve and make things more intuitive, so watch our product update announcements for regular improvements! Thanks again. - Lindsay

  ### 2. Smooth, Intuitive Setup and Great Support from Day One

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Suzanne N. | Conferences x Programs, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Award Force?**

We're so lucky we found Award Force as a new platform to run our annual Innovation Awards call for entries. From the first sales call through the initial setup phase, the process was incredibly smooth and intuitive and whenever we needed help, we always got the support we needed to be ready in time for launch day!

**What do you dislike about Award Force?**

There's nothing that I dislike about Award Force however since we signed up for the Pro plan, we surely have access to features that we probably won't end up using which is fine & doesn't affect the experience at all; we are very pleased with the performance of this platform since day 1!

**What problems is Award Force solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Award Force as the (new & improved) platform for our Innovation Awards program is already solving several problems that we had with our previous platform, especially with the UX for our candidates but also providing us with an intuitive, always-updating dashboard so we can analyze the impacts of our outreach & marketing campaigns, etc.

**Official Response from Lindsay Nash:**

> Hi Suzanne, thank you so much for this amazing review! We're so, so pleased you've found Award Force helpful for your awards, and we're very thankful you're a client! Please let us know if we can ever help in any way. - Lindsay

  ### 3. A Reliable Platform for Awards Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wilson L. | Operations Manager, Events Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Award Force?**

AwardForce has been an excellent platform for managing awards submissions. The user experience is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy for entrants to navigate the process and submit their entries without confusion. The platform is well-designed, reliable, and efficient for both administrators and participants.

What stands out most is the outstanding support from the AwardForce team. They are responsive, professional, and proactive in resolving issues. Whenever a support ticket is submitted, the team responds promptly and works efficiently to resolve matters in a short timeframe. Their commitment to customer service gives us confidence in running our awards programmes smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Award Force?**

The main area for improvement is the backend setup and administration experience. While the platform is highly configurable, the setup process can be quite time-consuming, especially when preparing a new awards programme each year. A more intuitive "what you see is what you get" (WYSIWYG) interface for forms, workflows, and programme configuration would make annual setup and updates much more efficient and user-friendly for administrators.

**What problems is Award Force solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest benefits of AwardForce is its scoring and tabulation capabilities. The judging process is straightforward, transparent, and easy to manage, allowing us to efficiently consolidate scores and generate results. This significantly reduces the administrative effort involved in calculating rankings and helps ensure a fair, accurate, and unbiased outcome for all entries.

**Official Response from Lindsay Nash:**

> Hi Wilson, thank you SO much for this thorough review of Award Force! We're pleased to hear that our scoring and tabulation capabilities have been beneficial to your judging process, and we appreciate your feedback on the configuration and admin experience. We're always looking for ways to improve, and we've noted your feedback! Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience! - Lindsay

  ### 4. Award Force Has Transformed How We Manage Our Awards Program

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Allison C. | Head of Events, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Award Force?**

We've used Award Force to manage a large, high-profile awards program with hundreds of entries, dozens of judges, multiple categories, and a complex scoring process. It has become a critical part of our awards delivery operation, helping us streamline administration, improve the entrant experience, and maintain transparency throughout the judging process.

Award Force provides a complete end-to-end awards management platform that significantly reduces the manual effort involved in running an awards program.

The entry process is intuitive for entrants and highly configurable for administrators. We can create tailored category forms, apply eligibility criteria, manage deadlines, and collect supporting materials without needing external systems.

One of the most valuable features is the judging functionality. The platform allows us to manage a large panel of judges efficiently, allocate entries automatically, support multiple scoring rounds, and maintain complete transparency throughout the process. The scoring and reporting capabilities make it easy to identify finalists and winners while ensuring consistency and fairness.

The reporting functionality has also saved considerable time. Rather than manually consolidating spreadsheets, we can quickly access entry data, scoring insights, and judging progress through built-in dashboards and exports.

**What do you dislike about Award Force?**

There is very little we actively dislike about Award Force. The main challenge is that some of the more advanced configuration options can take time to fully understand, particularly when setting up multiple categories, judging rounds or tailored workflows. However, once the structure is in place, the platform is reliable, efficient and easy to manage.

**What problems is Award Force solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Award Force solves the problem of managing a complex awards process across entries, categories, judges, scoring and reporting. It gives us one central platform instead of relying on spreadsheets, emails and manual tracking.

This benefits us by saving significant administration time, reducing the risk of errors and creating a more professional experience for entrants and judges. The judging process is much easier to manage, with clear scoring, progress tracking and reporting. It also gives us greater confidence that the process is fair, transparent and consistent from entry through to final results.

**Official Response from Lindsay Nash:**

> Hi Allison! Thank you so much for this comprehensive review! We're thrilled to hear that Award Force has had such a positive impact on your program, and has helped streamline the admin, entry and judging process for your program! Please let us know if we can ever help with any configuration questions! Thanks again! - Lindsay

  ### 5. Would recommend AwardForce for creative application processing!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emma v. | Progammes Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Award Force?**

- I like that award force has the option to un-delete items that might have been deleted accidentally.
- The customer support that I receive is always friendly, quick, and informative
- The interface is user-friendly and intuitive
- They listen to things you might be missing from the platform and make a quick effort to build these features

**What do you dislike about Award Force?**

- the format and the explanations of the uses of the different types of judging rounds could be better elaborated on. I found that I had to experiment with different judging rounds to understand how they work and it would be nice to have this explained from the get-go

**What problems is Award Force solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AwardsForce is helping us manage the various award cycles with different formants that we run at different times throughout the year. It helps us keep oversight of all of these activities while storing the detailed information of the applicants. It also helps us keep our award cycles centralised with the ability to share access to various parts of it with our partners.

**Official Response from Lindsay Nash:**

> Hi Emma! Thank you so much for the review. We're so glad to hear you've found Award Force to be intuitive and friendly! We've noted your experience with judging rounds. There is certainly a lot of flexibility there to configure judging to fit your specific needs. You might find our article on judging modes helpful in our Help Centre (see link below). And, as always, we're happy to help you any time!

  ### 6. Award Force: Streamlined Awards Management with Exceptional Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jenna E. | Marketing and Event Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Award Force?**

Award Force is incredibly easy to navigate, both from an administrator and user perspective. The platform is well designed, making it simple to manage entries, judges and communications without needing extensive training or support.

What stands out most, however, is the customer support. Whenever I've encountered an issue or had a question, the Award Force team has responded quickly (often within an hour) and has always been proactive in helping resolve problems. Their support is knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely invested in finding solutions.

The platform is reliable, highly configurable and continues to evolve based on user needs. Overall, Award Force makes what can be a complex awards process feel streamlined and manageable.

**What do you dislike about Award Force?**

I haven't encountered any significant issues with Award Force. Any minor challenges I've experienced have typically been resolved quickly by the support team's advice, and the platform continues to meet our needs well.

**What problems is Award Force solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Award Force simplifies what would otherwise be a highly manual and time-consuming awards process. It provides a centralised platform for managing entries, judges, communications and scoring, which significantly reduces administrative workload and the risk of errors.

For our programme, it has streamlined the entire judging process by making it easy to assign entries, monitor progress, communicate with judges and track results in real time. This has improved efficiency, saved considerable time and given us greater confidence that everything is being managed consistently and transparently.

The platform also creates a much better experience for entrants and judges, making participation straightforward and intuitive, which ultimately contributes to a smoother and more professional awards programme overall.

**Official Response from Lindsay Nash:**

> Hi Jenna! Thank you so much for this lovely review! We appreciate your kind words about Award Force's ease of use and client support! Thank you for this, and for trusting and choosing Award Force as your awards management software! - Lindsay

  ### 7. Comprehensive Award Management with Slight UI Drawbacks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew E. | Technical Support Volunteer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2021

**What do you like best about Award Force?**

I like that Award Force is specifically tailored to awards, as opposed to a general-purpose online app. It's well thought out and covers all aspects of awards from entries to judging to a winners showcase. It was a comprehensive product targeted at exactly what we were doing, as opposed to Cognito Forms which was only a very partial, very basic solution for our needs. The initial setup was very easy as they provide good onboarding support.

**What do you dislike about Award Force?**

The user interface feels a bit clunky and dated. Navigation is not always intuitive. Visually it's not very appealing.

**Recommendations to others considering Award Force:**

I would recommend Award Force to any organization that doesn't routinely build its own web applications from scratch, and even some that do might want to consider it.

**What problems is Award Force solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Award Force to manage our annual awards, offering higher compliance and auditability than we could achieve ourselves, without needing to build a custom solution.

  ### 8. Intuitive and Time-Saving, But Needs Improved Review Process

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah B. | Head of Event Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Award Force?**

I like that Award Force is intuitive and easy to use, providing me with what I need to do within our awards programs. It's the most straightforward and time-saving platform I've encountered, which is hugely valuable to me. I also appreciate the ability to duplicate programs, which enhances its value and gives me time-saving benefits. Additionally, the initial setup was relatively straightforward. The support available is very good especially the detailed documentation and the speedy response time on your support function.

**What do you dislike about Award Force?**

One challenge we struggle with is the qualifying review stage. There are a lot of entries, and we need to reduce the number that goes to an external judging panel. The first review process involves removing entries that don't fit criteria, but it's not as simple as a yes or no in the qualifying round. We need a middle ground. Additionally, we do experience challenges with accessing the platform via high-security entrants and for judges. I do not like the new updated function within the support requests that means you have to re-confirm your request - these are difficult with companies that have increased security measures and this can mean requests get lost or don't make it through.

**What problems is Award Force solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Award Force allows us to easily manage all our awards programs, handling entries, submissions, and feedback efficiently. It's intuitive, straightforward, and time-saving compared to other platforms, making it hugely valuable.

**Official Response from Lindsay Nash:**

> Hi Sarah! Thanks so much for your review. We love to hear how intuitive and valuable Award Force has been for your awards programs! Thanks also for your feedback on your qualifying round. Our team would be happy to talk through ideas there for you to make it more streamlined for your specific awards. The new security feature for support requests is an extra step, but if you're using the same email, it's only required once. We're taking extra care to make sure nothing is ever left in the gaps there! Thanks again for your thorough review, and for trusting Award Force as your awards management software! - Lindsay

  ### 9. User friendly and accessible

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Faiza M. | Admin and Member Communications, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Award Force?**

Ease of access, very user friendly, mobile phone friendly

**What do you dislike about Award Force?**

Payment, not having one invoice for all the entries of different accounts. Our entrants complained about it. If there was a way to capture one company email or have like an organisation one master account or something like that it would help our entrants. Some didn't submit their entries properly and complained about that. I think it is user error but if you can make it that the submission is made or successful on the screen rather than an email that would be great.

**What problems is Award Force solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Entry submissions, judging those entries, shortlisting and winner verification.

  ### 10. Easy to Navigate with Helpful Support, but Setup and Email Analytics Issues Persist

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Award Force?**

It’s easy to navigate and find what I need, and whenever I run into an issue, the support team is quick to respond and genuinely helpful. I haven’t used any integrations yet, so I can’t really comment on that side of the product.

**What do you dislike about Award Force?**

It isn’t very user-friendly when it comes to setting up a program. The and/or conditions make it hard to build some of the questions we need for our programs. We’ve also run into issues where some people try to submit but can’t get past the login page. On top of that, it’s very difficult to send broadcasts to just one person or a small group. The email builder is a bit clunky and not very intuitive to use, and I wish there were more ways to see who is opening emails, or at least more general email analytics.

**What problems is Award Force solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instead of using SurveyMonkey or another platform, Award Force makes it easier to review nomination results and quickly see who is still in progress versus complete.

**Official Response from Lindsay Nash:**

> Hello, thanks for your review! We're so glad to hear that you find Award Force easy to navigate and that our support team has been helpful! If you ever need help with program set-up or broadcast/communications, please reach out. Our team is happy to help. We'd also recommend an integration for those email analytics, which can streamline your comms inside and out of the platform. - Lindsay
