What do you like best about Awarathon?

Awarathon’s platform is exceptionally user-friendly, which makes it really convenient for us to set up assessments for our MRs and implement the platform to the entire field force. The ability to create customized scenarios for product detailing and real-world in-clinic challenges has been really helpful. What actually differentiates it apart is the one-on-one coaching, delivering personalized feedback that has significantly improved our training effectiveness. What problems is Awarathon solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a platform that could help us with the fundamental challenges such as lack of good communication skills and product knowledge, Awarathon's continuous practice module is helping us in refining product detailing and enhancing communication skills. The platform’s customizable scenarios allow us to simulate real-world situations, making the training experience more effective. The most beneficial thing has been the significant improvement in our MRs' ability to give product detailing, which has helped them to create stronger relationships with healthcare professionals and convert more doctors.
