What do you like best about Awarathon?

Awarathon's AI sales coach creates scenarios that closely mirror real client interactions, allowing our agents to practice pitching effectively. Also, the objections raised by Trinity are similar to the objections raised by actual clients, helping agents prepare for such challenges by continuous practice with the AI coach. What problems is Awarathon solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our insurance agents had difficulty remembering details of various products and policies, and they needed to fine-tune their interactions with customers. Hence, we were looking for a solution to help us bridge product knowledge gaps and boost their pitching skills to make customer interactions more effective. We used Awarathon's AI Sales Coaching Module, where we provided the necessary details to the AI coach, Trinity. With the help of realistic scenarios created by Trinity, we were able to improve the confidence of agents during customer interactions, and also agents were able to communicate with the customers effectively.
