What do you like best about Avtex Implementation Services?

Avtex has much more skills and experience with both Genesys and the new Genesys Cloud than our team, as we are a small team. It's critical for planning, execution and follow-up to have that broad and deep skill set available, when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Avtex Implementation Services?

Sometimes, Avtex team may not be aware of why Genesys did not include a functionality that is included in Prem or, that is commonly used in other similar platforms. knowing the 'why' is important. Yes, the requested functional can get added to a 'wish list', but that list may never get completed, or the functionality we discussed, may easily get altered. What problems is Avtex Implementation Services solving and how is that benefiting you?

Upgrading from Prem to Cloud, so the list is long. We expect more functionality and it's easier to use. And we look forward to engaging in the user groups to learn more about functionality we may not even be aware of to improve employee experience, customer experience and process optimization.
