What do you like best about AVOXI?

The support we have received from the AVOXI team, both during implementation and after launch, has been exceptional. From our initial discovery call through full implementation, AVOXI guided us every step of the way and made the transition seamless.

Their platform is intuitive, easy to navigate, and has been highly reliable. We have not experienced any service interruptions, which has been critical in supporting our international operations.

The pricing is competitive within the industry, and since switching to AVOXI, we have been able to significantly reduce costs while improving the way we support our global communication needs. What do you dislike about AVOXI?

Honestly, the service has been exceptional. As someone who was involved in bringing AVOXI into the organization from the very beginning, I do not have any particular dislikes to share. What problems is AVOXI solving and how is that benefiting you?

AVOXI is helping us solve a critical challenge around international telecommunications compliance and the complexity of navigating country-specific phone number regulations. As an organization, we were finding it increasingly difficult to operate in certain countries because our previous vendor did not have the ability to procure phone numbers in several key regions.

With AVOXI’s platform, we are able to easily compare different phone number options by country, including the required documentation and regulatory requirements for each. This has made it significantly easier for us to support our international operations, remain compliant, and expand communication capabilities in markets that were previously difficult to access.
