What do you like best about AVOXI?

AVOXI is a solid global voice provider that brings together reliability, flexibility, and straightforward management. The platform makes it easy to manage international DIDs and voice services through a single interface, which is especially helpful in global and distributed environments.

A major advantage is AVOXI’s integration flexibility, particularly with Microsoft Teams Direct Routing, SIP trunks, and cloud contact-center platforms. This gives organizations room to build hybrid or cloud-first voice architectures without being forced into a rigid model.

Operationally, call quality, redundancy, and overall network reliability have been consistent and are well suited for voice-critical use cases. AVOXI’s support team is also knowledgeable and collaborative, which genuinely helps when you’re working through complex or non-standard deployments.

What do you dislike about AVOXI?

While AVOXI provides a strong, reliable global voice platform, there are a few areas where the experience could be improved. Some advanced configurations and non-standard use cases still require close coordination with support, since not all capabilities are fully self-service through the portal. In addition, the documentation for more complex or hybrid scenarios could be expanded and clarified to reduce the need for direct technical engagement.

From an operational standpoint, lead times and processes for provisioning certain international numbers can vary by country. This is largely carrier-dependent, but it still affects planning and expectations. Better visibility into these timelines and more predictable processes would further strengthen the overall experience.
