It has to be confessed that the convenience of dropping guest messages directly to Avondata is my savior. I can meet needs of reservations, answer questions and even run promotional campaigns from one place. It absolutely does help me in communicating with the guests. I have to export raw data and use spreadsheets to get the needed insights. This is a huge waste of the time, however, it is the worst during the time when we are in a rush.
