I like that Avionté keeps our data in one place. I also appreciate using Adobe to set up onboarding documents. The universal search on the top right of Avionté Bold is widely used, making it a standout feature. Avionté Bold, along with the back office Classic version, works well for processing payroll and invoicing. Talent searches can be improved and being able to search by placements and not just Talent. The ability to download more than 500 records at a time to Excel when doing Talent searches is a major issue for us because our users forget to go to the second or third page to download the rest since there is a 500 record limit.
