What do you like best about AvidXchange?

I love that everyone in the organization can login and search for invoices and payment statuses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AvidXchange?

A lot of invoices get stuck in the ship-to-research queue, which creates more work for the users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AvidXchange solving and how is that benefiting you?

AvidXchange is helping us by making all invoices electronic and processing payments for the invoices. This saves us a lot of time and resources. AvidXchange also allows our employees to code and approve their invoices, which ultimately improves the invoice approval process because everything is now electronic.
