I have been using AvidXchange since Covid. This was to allow people who had to work from home to still be able to view their invoices and approve them. What I really like about Avid, is the time it saves and the paper it saves. I don't have to print every invoice and physically walk it to the person to approve it. It also cuts down on losing a printed copy of the invoice. I also really like that the whole history is right there. You can see when it was scanned in, when it was coded, when it was sent to what approver in the approval process. It is a great addition to our finance team. The Implemtation team we had were wonderful! I know one was Megan. I am in this program every day processing the invoices and payments. There are very few issues with the invoices and payments posting over to Intacct, the intergration works wonderfully! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't have many problems with the program. I'd say one is that sometimes for reasons unknown the currency gets changed on a random invoice to CAD. The support are usually great about responding in a timely manner and getting things corrected or helping ME know how to correct them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
