What do you like best about AvidXchange?

One of the best things about Avid is we can run AP checks and get appropriate approvals remote. Having a digital audit trail is a huge plus as well, since invoices cannot move to the next step without authorization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AvidXchange?

One of the only downsides is sometimes the invoice/payment sync from Avid to MIP is finicky. If there is an error, it can hold processing up until the error is rectified. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AvidXchange solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has helped streamline the AP and check processing. We were having issues with duplicate payments, and invoices not making it to the final approvals. On this platform, reminders go out to managers who have not approved invoices or payments, so nothing gets left behind. If the same invoice number comes up, there is also a failsafe that flags the invoice as a potential duplicate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
