What do you like best about AvidXchange?

It almost eliminates the need for check processing, saving valuable time and materials, while adding a more secure payment process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AvidXchange?

When processing payments from MRI, the open invoices stay in the system until the next day. I would like them to show as paid as soon as they are in AvidPay. Also, adding bank accounts through an Excel template uploaded to a case is inefficient. I would like something that admin's can update within the system. Obviously, there would have to be security measures in place, but the current process does not allow visibility to the setup and can take time for the case to be closed. What problems is AvidXchange solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a small team doing a lot of business. Prior to Avid, we had 2 people cutting checks twice a week, processing ACH's daily, and we did not have a reliable approval process. Avid has provided us an approval workflow that is reliable and a payment process that is super efficient, while letting our vendors choose their payment preference. This has benefited us by giving back time for more valuable activities, rather than cutting checks, fixing errors, or communicating with vendors about payment matters.
