What do you like best about AvePoint Confidence Platform?

As a service provider we rely on the AvePoint Confidence Platform to handle our backups and also our data governance for 365 environments. I find that the one location to manage all these things has proven to cut down on the number of screens we have to cycle through to get the information we need. We've also found that when working with the AvePoint team we have been able to expand our use cases for supporting customers. We've also found that when working on day-to-day activity, things like their Ava AI agent have helped in providing us troubleshooting steps or even recommendations on making the environment better. More recently we've been working on the integrations with our distributors, which have allowed for us to provide a single portal for customers to manage your 365 environment and license. What do you dislike about AvePoint Confidence Platform?

If I have any complaint about the AvePoint Confidence Platform, it’s that there aren’t APIs available for everything the platform can do, especially if you want to handle certain tasks in a third-party solution or outside the platform. That’s probably my biggest gripe. Aside from that, I think they’ve done a really good job of making the platform intuitive and easy to follow. Like any new software, there’s still a bit of a learning curve, particularly with something this comprehensive that covers so much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AvePoint Confidence Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Microsoft 365 can be a bit of an undertaking to manage effectively. As a service provider, we have to manage multiple Microsoft 365 tenants, so having a single place where we can oversee all of them and gain that visibility is a definite plus for us. We’ve found that we’re able to manage many more tenants without having to hire additional folks, and we can actually manage those tenants better than we could without AvePoint, even if we had more people.
