I use Avenu for resume analysis and first-round screening to onboard faster. It saves my team's time as we previously spent hours on resume shortening and first-round interviews. I like Eva AI, an interviewer, for its ability to ask questions, listen, and explore based on applicants' competencies, which saved our senior managers' time for the first-round screening. I also appreciate the easy job posting from one place to all the job portals like Indeed and Monster, and how applications from multiple job portals and career pages are analyzed and scored based on the job post.
