I like how Avenu streamlines recruitment and onboarding while also analyzing resumes and managing the screening process. The AI interviews candidates and presents the results to me in a way that’s genuinely impressive. It saves my organization a lot of time by cutting down on missed interviews and filtering out weaker candidates early. Avenu’s AI features also help screen out applicants without me having to contact them directly, which makes the whole process feel more efficient and easier to manage.
