What do you like best about Avaza?

I appreciate Avaza's combined task‑tracking and timesheet module for our utility field projects. It allows our external contractors to log their on‑site working hours directly inside the tool, and I can quickly review task completion status without chasing separate spreadsheets. This feature streamlines our oversight of distributed utility maintenance contractors and keeps our compliance documentation moving forward. When multiple field crews are working on different infrastructure jobs, contractors log hours and mark task status directly inside Avaza, enabling me to instantly check progress for each site instead of waiting for scattered email updates or manual spreadsheet submissions. What do you dislike about Avaza?

Avaza's filtering can be clunky when we try to pull historical timesheet data for multi-month utility infrastructure maintenance projects. We struggle to cleanly separate contractor hours across overlapping field-service jobs. It also lacks native CRM integration, which means without dedicated IT staff, our team has to manually export and re-key timesheet records for compliance reporting. This creates extra manual workload right before our firm's fixed operational reporting deadlines. To improve Avaza's usability for our field projects, we recommend enhancing the filtering capabilities for timesheet data, especially for overlapping jobs.
