What I like most about Avanti Software is that it brings payroll, human resources, benefits administration, and employee self-service together in one integrated system. The platform streamlines HR processes, cuts down on manual paperwork, and makes employee information easier to access when it’s needed. I also value the employee self-service tools, which let staff view pay details, update personal information, and access HR documents on their own. The reporting features and customizable workflows further improve efficiency and help support better decision-making.
