What do you like best about avanta?

avanta is an excellent fit for B2B digitalisation projects. The platform is a one size fits all solution: it's an B2B e-commerce software, customer self-service portal and a digital order management in one piece of software.

What do you dislike about avanta?

Well, the platform can perform only, if the existing data from the client company itself is correct.

So companies that haven't yet structured B2B workflows will need to invest in process design before getting the most out of avanta.

What problems is avanta solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have been working with avanta as an implementation and consulting partner for more than 3 years, using it daily across client projects.

avanta enables the client to digitally map complex B2B processes.

That means: customer-specific ordering workflows, self-service portals and integrated backend systems such as ERP and PIM solutions.

The best thing about avanta is the clarity that it brings to project execution and the solid architectural basis it provides for long-term, scalable solutions. For some clients, we switched from other products because avanta covers a broader scope: where most platforms stop at the shop, avanta continues into order management, customer portals and tightly integrated backend processes.
